Refund Policy

We at Shatterix strive to deliver our plates safely and securely. Due to the nature of our products, we have a limited refund policy:

1. No Refunds for Change of Mind

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded except in cases where the product arrives damaged.


2. Damaged Product Refund

  • Refunds are only applicable if the plates arrive damaged.

  • To qualify, the customer must:

  • Record a video while opening the delivery package.

  • Take clear photos of the damaged plates.

  • Send the video and photos to contact.shatterix@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Without both video and photographic proof within 24 hours, no refund will be processed.


3. Inspection and Approval

  • Once we receive and review the proof, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected.


4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method via Cashfree. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days.


5. Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
